Provide hardware, software, network and systems support in NMCI environment and for legacy computing. Knowledge of application programming, database & system design, Internet, Intranet, Extranet, client server architectures & interfaces between web-based apps & legacy systems. A+, VCP, MCTS, MCP, Security+ certification desired. Proficient in Word, Excel, Access. Respond to requests for data calls, maintain NMCI-related databases and records and System Security Authorization Agreement for SQL server. Maintain internal documentation and spreadsheets for computing and networking needs. Provide on-going user support. Act as contact for cell phone, air cards and blackberry requirements. Must be US citizen to obtain required security clearance.
